Young and Profiting is the first podcast I subscribed too... and I think that says a lot! Episode 1: First Impressions: Be a more Likable Person and Nail Your First Impressions is a great introduction to the YAP podcast. YAP makes an excellent first impression with its audience of millennials. YAP gives its audience a guide to improving your chances of getting hired, getting a promotion, and making friends. After listening to this episode my anxiety can rest easy. Skipping to Episode 4: Level Up Your Time Management Skills. This episode brought back my anxiety! Unfortunately, I waste a lot of my time being on my phone. Im either browsing the internet or on social media. There is only 2 reasons people use the internet: entertainment, and solving a problem. I use it for the former. Episode 4 emphasizes adequate sleep as a precursor to time management skills, which leads me to Episode 12 Episode 12: Unlocking the power of sleep. Understanding the verious stages of sleep was insightful. The recommended 7-9hours of sleep gives your body enough time to go through all 5 stages of sleep uninterrupted. Also, this allows your body to heal from the long day. Consistency is key in your sleep schedule and this is where I'm lacking. Late nights on Saturday playing Fortnight or Sunday playing more Fortnight has thrown my sleep schedule off. It also doesn't help that on Monday I got to be up early. My anxiety fluctuated during this podcast yet it ended on a calm note. It started off on episode 1 and peaked at episode 4. By the end I was relaxed and calm. Having a better sleep schedule takes care of everything else. P.S for the anxiety rollercoaster I give this podcast ????

I totally appreciate Hala's drive and ambition as a host and she has inspired me to be more consistent with my own podcast. Here social media strategy and marketing are things I try to model for myself. My favorite episodes so far have been the first espidoe about First Impressions and episode 6 about being a milllionare. The first impression episode is important to be because in my job as a Career Counselor at a university I met a lot of people and making a first impression is very important. I was able to take away many strategies that will make me a better professional. I like the "Becoming a Millionare" episode I have aspirations of being financially independent and who doesnt want to be a millionare? Each episode is very helpful and I love the style of the podcast. It is very easy to listen to and everyene can take something away from the podcast. Keep it up Hala!!!!

The YAP podcast is always insightful and fresh. I’m choosy about what I consume, and this podcast is on point. For years I felt guilty and conflicted about my sleep habits. Entrepreneurs go hard or go hard, right. It was a game changer. Entrepreneurs take naps tool!

YAP consistently has podcasts (and guests) that bring value to my life. I've actually changed and planned to do things differently in my life specifically because of the actionable insights I have gained from YAP... I mean what more is there to say? ?‍♀️? I recommend it to everyone!

I love this podcast! The target audience is primarily millenials but I'd say it benefits those of all ages. Definitely recommend it to those that are wanting to improve themselves and become a more financially savvy individual . The wide variety of topics are refreshing and Hala (the host) has a great interview format that keeps me engaged the whole time. My only criticism would be that they don't do daily releases! I wish I had more content more often :)

Great pod cast!.. very interesting, iv done some really good body language training in past. It is so helpful in sales and people management. Really interested to follow up on Chase Hughes content..

I love learning from Hala and her staff. She is using this platform to share insights on the journey for the everyday young and professional millennial. I’m very particular when it comes to podcasts, if the content = quality. I’m happy to say it does! I was hooked right from the beginning, this is definitely worth a listen if you’re interested in self growth and becoming more independent, I would definitely rate more than 5 if I could ! (:

There’s no shortage of finance/budgeting podcasts out there, but they do not speak to a younger crowd in the way that YAP does. It features interesting and informative guests that share my interests. Highly recommended for millennials focused on advancing their careers and earning potential.

I must say, every guest has a unique “niche” that keeps each episode captivating. Whether it’s finance or shifting mindset methods, each will have a positive impact in your life if you follow the advice!

Hala is an excellent interviewer and YAP always succeeds in delivering quality content that’s clear, helpful, and fun to listen to.

I love this podcast. It’s well produced and each episode is packed with so many gems. It makes you want to go back and listen again that’s how much good info is in one show. Would also love some solo episodes. It sounds like you have a lot of tips to offer too. Keep up the great work Hala!

What a great concept for a podcast. The episodes provide a great mix of guests and perspectives on topics that we all think about. The production value and editing is high quality allowing for great continuity throughout. Looking forward to future episodes.

I thought this Podcast was very insightful, very well put together and informative. They were a lot of takeaways in this podcast and as a fan of Ted Talks, I loved how it featured Amy Cuddy's - The Power Pose. How by simply standing & placing your hands on your hip can increase testosterone levels and decrease cortisol. Hala’s conversation with Dr. Jack Schafer, author of “The like switch” (plan on purchasing soon lol) had tons of takeaways. From the importance of attire matching, eyebrow flashing, the four elements of friendship, being authentic with complements, etc. This episode can be a course schools should cover especially for individuals going on interviews or the science of communication in general. I look forward to all the future podcast especially the one on cryptocurrency!
