As Claude Silver states during the interview: “My job is to be real with people, iIt’s really to help people through their roadblocks, identifying things about themselves that they want to get clearer on teaching self-awareness and in turn that then creates a stronger human being and a stronger human being is going to help this company be more successful.”

I want to get to a place where we’re not even using the word diversity. It’s just the way it is, which is that we live in a macrocosm where there are all different types of people. Diversity for me in creating a culture of belonging is the obvious diversity that we’re talking about in terms of race, creed, ethnicity, so forth and so on.
