Hala Taha: So pay attention to everything ok pay attention to everything and we're gonna connect the dots later on as to what i did por ejemplo en this introduction so everything in this webinar is meant to teach you every single thing that i do. Okay, even what i just did signing up to the demo before we get started even the commitments that i just did all of this is a lesson for you Guys to think about and pay attention to okay, so a little bit about me before we get started.
Hala Taha: Mi name is jala for those of you who are not familiar with me i host a number one podcast top ten on Apple it's a top ten business podcast i have over Twenty million downloads on the Founder of media it's awi podcast production and social media agency [00:07:00] author podcast influencers CE.
Hala Taha: Network and i have
Hala Taha: so that's a little bit about me and i wanna talk to you about launching my first course so i launched my first course a little bit over a year ago at the time i was a really influencer on linkedin and i had never sold anything before i just provided to my audience with free content promoting my podcast talking about linkedin advice marketing advice and i was just a content Creator that was just trying to become an influencer in my space and so i had my agency and i was doing all these like really high ticket clients but i was primarily selling to the guest that came on my podcast i never really sold to my general audience.
Hala Taha: I just [00:08:00] provided value for a long time i used to go on linkedin live in clubhouse and i would do all these q and and i would just always give people free advice and i started to pay attention to the demand that people were asking me about people would be like can you please do a course can you please do a course on linkedin i really wanna learn more from you can you write all your learnings down in one place I'll pay you for this can you do this for me and so people would always ask me and so i finally decided when i had a bit of time that i was gonna put out a linkedin course.
Hala Taha: I decided that i was my network and i didn't wanna scale my agency so because its very talent heavy and then i wanted to my link so i decided to develop a two day master and sell my expertise to my so at the time i had a large linkin so i probably had like two hundred thousand at least followers when i launched [00:09:00] my a year and a half ago on linkedin and so when i first launched my course i decided i was gonna start with a pilot because i never did this before and i wanted to make sure it was valuable that people liked it i wanted to get feedback on it i wanted to test my price and so i did a pilot i what i wanted to eventually my eventually like and so this pilot the class fille i did promot i just about it a bit on my feed.
Hala Taha: People signed up right from my feed i did a little bit of dming to kind of get people to sign up but it was so easy to get sign up like it kind of blew my mind right so in my pilot launch alone i made thirty five thousand dollars in my first launch then i decided all right I'm gonna do this for real I'm gonna Charge the amount that i wanted about two thousand dollars i gave some promos usually about thirty percent off ah, [00:10:00] even at some points i would do like fifty percent off for like one day and i would do these promos but generally everyone paid around fifteen to fifteen de two for the course and my second launch also got a ton of signup easy just post a little bit of ding fifty five thousand dollars for my second launch and then i made Sixty thousand en my third launch and again just so easy it was very easy to Convert people but para my Fortune fifth launches suddenly the signup to ten and i was getting half as many signups that i was used.
Hala Taha: People weren't really easy anymore and i realized that i really just exhausted all my leads from social media i had for a long time just provided value on clubhouse on linkedin live just on my feed and i had a lot de people who are already so ready to a lot of money and it didn't take a lot of effort because i had already built that trust over a long period of time but then i was getting [00:11:00] new follow and they weren't ready and they needed so else and i thought the answer was and so we pay and it was a lot of effort on my part it had to do like all these videos we spent thirty thousand dollars on it we had like to write all these emails and it was a total failure we literally got zero signups from it.
Hala Taha: And i was just like what am i gonna do i feel like i should just you know not do this course anymore it's not really working and i really learned the hardware that code leads from pay and my social media profiles needed more exposure to build trust in me before they were ready to make such a big Investment had it been like a thirty course maybe it would've been a different story but you know it's a two thousand course the people have to trust you before they're that money so i started to evaluate the problem and brainstorm my next steps [00:12:00] i needed a way to condense the sales cycle and get people to trust me fast i needed a way to share my knowledge and get people curious to learn more i needed to create good will and encourage reciprocity for my high ticket Offering and i definitely didn't have time to sell and handle objections one on one on the program like i wasn't about to take.
Hala Taha: Five hundred discovery calls to make the sales myself and i didn't have the bandwidth for my team to do that running a whole company this was just a side project i didn't wanna waste more money on pay dads or a new idea i was like not willing i didn't have more budget to kind of experiment with any other Solutions and i didn't wanna be super salesy either even the paid ads felt really inauthentic i wanted to maintain my authenticity with my audience which i was known for just always giving a lot of free value and giving people more than what they pay for right and so i also wanted a way to maintain [00:13:00] my authenticity with my audience giving
Hala Taha: webinars webinar for me. So Jason flatline es the first person that introduced me webinars i did a two part series with him and over talking to him and he known as the webinar king a about his teachings this webinar and he says most advertisements don have the Luxury
Hala Taha: you them in most advertisements nothing more en most advertisements an interruption the webinar is an advertisement but it's one in so basically what that i talking about pay before pay disrupted you didn't ask for them you [00:14:00] didn't want them a webinar actually has information that you signed up for signed attended and it has value because you learning from a credible Expert the entire time.
Hala Taha: So it's just en advertisement that also has value so it's just so much more impactful so i went on this Journey to become a webinar master over the last year and i learned from top folks who conduct webinars and who are marketing and sales experts like Jason flatline Russell Branson Alex her. I also leveraged my deep knowledge of human Behavior and persuasion I've interviewed every single major human Expert in the sometimes three four five times so Robert Robert Green all
Hala Taha: and so i took everything that i knew from all the interviews that I've done and all the [00:15:00] studying that I've done over the last six years for my podcast plus specifically asking people like Alex and Jason and Russell about their webinar approach to come up with my own webinar framework and then i just got to practicing right i put in the reps i did at least three webinars a month.
Hala Taha: And i just kept it t it t i became. A webinar master myself and people come to my webinars in the chat and you come to my webinar all the time let the chat people come to my webinars over over over even the same webinar that they've already been to and many people that it's the best webinars that they've ever been to and now por example today i even get Sponsored by Brands to conduct webinars on their behalf so sponsor by Teachable and Shopify better all these different Brands to actually conduct webinars on their behalf [00:16:00] so i have truly become a webinar master and there's been a lot of unexpected benefits so i thought my webinars would just help me make more but it did so much more first of all faster sales cycle.
Hala Taha: Want to pay for it take
Hala Taha: to
Hala Taha: number es un my email list this has been the number one way that I've grown my email list because when people webinar on zoom they have to insert their email now i had over a thousand people sign up for this webinar okay over a thousand people registered and i got a thousand emails from this webinar alone okay now i can retar these people after the webinar and a lot of folks did not attend [00:17:00] this webinar so i might have another webinar for anybody who missed it and get those people to hop on the webinar because i have their email I'm able to do that.
Hala Taha: So email is a very valuable asset you get thirty no like it so i my email i continue to grow my email fast from webinars number three es also en unexpected benefit and that sticky super fans I've got a of folks who never can they never anything but they always show up and they always support and they tell their friends about the webinars and they their friends about my podcast and they engaging on social media and why because of the ive so with all these and they feel give back to me and so i create all these super fans because I'm giving so much value and they wanna support en return the fourth one es something thats almost [00:18:00] invaluable which es webinars have actually made me a better communicator a better storyteller a better person.
Hala Taha: Dos three things have of so when i sponsor
Hala Taha: i ten
Hala Taha: of the skills that i webinars
Hala Taha: so en summary webinars help me shorten my sales cycle to go from cold to soul webinars have helped me generate million and improve lives at the same time webinars help me solid solidify my position as a top Expert in my niche specifically as a linkedin teacher because i created so many super fans and i wanna teach you how to do the same thing in [00:19:00] this webinar so i wanna ask you Guys i know I've been doing a lot of talking.
Hala Taha: Have a Skill you can monet with the course let us know in the are you ready to become a webinar master yourself okay, so let's talk about who this webinar is for so this webinar is for somebody who has expertise you want turn into a soon or you already max so this
Hala Taha: and even if you don't have a course never wanna have a this webinar super relevant for most businesses simply having even a half as webinar I'm gonna teach you how to have an amazing webinar even having a half b webinar will put you leagues above your competition who don't have [00:20:00] webinars at all. Has webinar week eventually you'll never have to about money again and again it's not just from doing the webinars it's from becoming a better story becoming a
Hala Taha: ideas you understand understand the Psychology of and all the things that we're about today okay, so my promise to you in the next ninety minutes you'll get my exclusive blueprint for scaling your product to five figure Monthly sales and Beyond without major Investment complicated tech o high pressure selling even if you new to webinars or don't have a big so again my promise to you in just ninety minutes you're going to get my exclusive blueprint for selling your course or your product to five figure six figure Monthly sales and Beyond.
Hala Taha: [00:21:00] Without major Investment en fact it's pretty much free no complicated tech I'm on my laptop i don't even have a on I've ring laptop right now no high pressure selling even if you've never done webinars before o you don have a big following okay, so if i make good on this promise i wanna ask you Guys will you be open to hearing how Teachable gasoline on the strategies that i teach you if i give you we've got about Sixty minutes left or more I'm gonna stay on as long as i have to to help you Guys if i provide for Sixty minutes that's gonna make you five figure Monthly sales six figure Monthly sales from the teachings that i give you you open to teach gasoline on the strategies that i teach.[00:22:00]
Hala Taha: Okay and if i save you in time by giving you the blueprint to create effective webinars for free will you consider getting started on your dreams and plan on teach for a free no risk thirty day trial you can cancel within thirty days and if you are not happy okay, so if i save you money in time i gave you the blueprint for free will you consider getting started on your dreams creating a course upgrading to the pro plan so you can get all the features on Teachable for a free no risk trial will you invest in yourself basically
Hala Taha: there go o Paul. You get a free gift for doing that you get all the slides all the notes the tech SOP you get [00:23:00] all the goods from today's webinar okay, if you can help anybody who has have trouble i appreciate that all right so you Guys already told me that sounds fair so we can skip this part and now i want to have you Guys yourself i wanna know what level are we at right now red you've never done a webinar yellow you've done a few webinars but not business green a webinar all right we got a lot of yellow so everybody feels like their medium which is a good place to be and if you Guys feel that way get engaged in the chat when you see me doing something sneaky that you feel like.
Hala Taha: Oh, i know what she's doing right now let us know what you think I'm doing for all those that are yellow in green. I'm excited for everybody who's red because you're gonna learn so much and yellow in greens i know you're gonna learn a lot [00:24:00] so today we're gonna be covering the Psychology of introductions we're gonna be covering education without overwhelm the three step transition stacking your offer and driving Attendance okay, so here's the webinar road map it with an introduction content transition close webinar leads are like your fue to make all this happen you need people to actually attend your webinar so the last section of today's course is about driving your webinar leads okay, so it's introduction content transition close and webinar leads those are the five sections of today's presentation so let's talk about the Psychology of introductions what are your goals on your introductions number one es to establish your authority.
Hala Taha: Number two es to shift audience identity with commitments number three is to deal with common objections [00:25:00] in advance number four is to create hope for the future and a desire for status number five is to create mystery and intrigue on what's next so you want to create mystery an intrigue on your offer specifically what are you gonna teach to get people to stay on your webinar.
Hala Taha: Okey, how you do this es with something called your hero story en your big promise and like i said this is a meta presentation this is a webinar on webinars so i already gave you my hero story and our big promise and we're gonna break that down now we're gonna break down what i just did in the introduction.
Hala Taha: Okay. So Russell Branson es a webinar guru. He is one of the biggest most accomplished the he and he understands the Psychology of like no on this planet in all the [00:26:00] big entrepreneurs that they all russe and so russe in my podcast network mentor a story and so there six key element to her story so can you
Hala Taha: number two is struggles and setbacks so what challenges or mistakes or your frustrations did you have your aha moment so what was your pivotal discovery o realization in your story. The solución so your new method that you used to overcome the obstacle that you had then you go into your proof of success so what evidence do you have of your success do people think you're a big deal en your field what a Rewards do you have how do you a for to showcase and [00:27:00] to so help replicate success again wanna the her asy bridge story.
Hala Taha: Okay, so lets break down how i did this earlier in this presentation so
Hala Taha: i think a lot of you in the chat right.
Hala Taha: Relate to having new didn't work a realiz that i needed to up so else webinars was my aha moment the solution was coming up with my own webinar framework by learning from the best in the business doing what i thought was [00:28:00] really good from everybody else's strategies and creating my own and then i practiced my proof of success was my sales skyrocketed i became known as a webinar Princess or queen like everybody loves my webinars i get paid to do webinars from sponsors like that's the ultimate validation.
Hala Taha: Lastly I'm gonna teach you Guys how to do the same thing right so i flipped it around it's not about me it's now about helping you Guys do what i did right so all that i did in the beginning was actually a hero story and then i gave you my big promise right in the next ninety minutes you'll get mi exclusive blueprint for scaling your product a five or six figure Monthly sales without major Investment complicated tech or high pressure selling even if your new to webinars or don't have a big following okay, so what does the big promise do it triggers by speaking directly to the Audiences deep desires needs and peers [00:29:00] so when you're thinking about creating a big promise and this is something that you Guys should do immediately after the webinars like what is my big promise and this is something that you can use everywhere right be specific and measurable by including a revenue target timeline or go.
Hala Taha: So in just ninety minutes I'll get you to five figure sales emphasize is and simplicity there's no complicated tech there there's no high pressure selling there's no major Investment even if you're new even if you don't have a big following show a Unique approach my exclusive blueprint por scaling your product address commons and objections right people think well i don't have a following I've never done this before right so these are the doubts and objections that people might say when they're thinking about starting a webinar then you wanna focus on the end benefits not the process i don't say you're gonna have to sit [00:30:00] here.
Hala Taha: Ah, take notes. Ah, download. The pdf sign up to the demo I'm not giving you any of that that's work that's gonna Scare you away I'm talking about the end outcome and then show in play speed so in just ninety minutes. So those are some really good elements to have in your big pro promise and things to consider so again we're gonna give you the slides after the call and ah I'll go over this quickly but again you're gonna be to read this in detail you sign up for the pro plan so come an objections during your introduction throughout your entire webinar you just wanna weave in objection handling you don't want objection handling to be like one section at the end of your webinar you wanna just address it especially up front so in your big promise throughout your hero story so there's lots of common objections universal objections people believe that they can't do it right they people believe they don't have the [00:31:00] ability that it hard to learn people have problems with trust this too be like i can't do five figure sales maybe she can but this is just too good to be a people.
Hala Taha: Conflict de de de feel like its it's they are to make a change con they don't have the solution they don't have the framework timing the not the right time am i too old this is too late okay, so these are some common objections that people have that you wanna address your big promise and your introduction all right so we just went over some stuff do you Guys see yourself putting these strategies in place so another quote from Jason flatline he says purchases occur emotionally and emotions are felt in the moment
Hala Taha: so something that I've been doing throughout this webinar today [00:32:00] es the yes la technique so essentially what I'm doing throughout this whole webinar es I've been guiding you Guys through a series of small yeses. If i can get you Guys in the routine of saying yes you're gonna say yes when i ask you to sign up to the demo you're gonna say yes when i ask you to go to upgrade to the pro plan and if i was selling something which I'm not today you would say yes to buy my right so i wanna get you to start saying yes yes theum of saying yes this is also called yesum yes.
Hala Taha: Okay, people to get in the mindset of yes
Hala Taha: the we introdu es we actually to a people people so anybody who's hopping on this webinar is doing so because they feel that something is a little bit [00:33:00] broken when it comes to their own webinar strategy when it comes to their own sales strategy they're showing up here because they feel like there's a gap.
Hala Taha: They were webinar masters that already making five six figures in their webinars they probably wouldn't show up today so it's your job to give them a stronger identity so that they can get the help they need so your job es to meet people where they are in their problems in their and then you wanna with your solution and if these folks saw themselves confidently moving forward and easily putting your Solutions en place they would be this is not manipulation this is service right you are selling something that's valuable that you feel is gonna improve people's lives the people who need it so your job in the webinar is to actually to continue to nudge and nudge and nudge people from their current identity to a better one and you [00:34:00] do this with commitments remember when i just said can you see yourself putting these strategies in place.
Hala Taha: Yes that was
Hala Taha: okay, so we on that a little bit it's really important for people to understand that theres hope that a little it's really important for people to understand that theres hope for the here
Speaker 1: the reality almost anything
Speaker 1: their life is m nobody goes to a therapist hey listen I'm i wanna go like hook up they a therapist de they cant even get bed in the morning bad they des so almost everybody who spending serious money escape a massive pain so we gotta meet them the this is the biggest i see with su entrepreneur su [00:35:00] you know su life es easy.
Speaker 1: That issue
Speaker 1: life hard so we spend a lot of time the darkness you know we help them we the heaven but there has to be some heaven too there has to be a reason to fight for the day with the hope a tomorrow so most people du one or the they're all at the end the rainbow they suffering o they suffering they take their headache and they turn they like we do making the cell the beginning of the journeying if i make the i help you as the customer I'm because I'm not.
Speaker 1: Creating the c. Business in the future designing in the future not only does commitment in consist move through the purchase into the [00:36:00] action phase stories if we
Speaker 1: we we
Speaker 1: we have to
Speaker 1: make more money in the future
Hala Taha: on. Also making sure that we actually give value in our products so that we can have repeat customers it es much easier to get people to continue to buy from you than it is to try to just create new customers so it's not just about like manipulating people to buy this product from you it's actually delivering on your promise in the webinar that create the fly effect okey now another psychological thing that you need to [00:37:00] realize about selling in general about webinars in general is that status cell status cells people make decisions based on the desire to either increase their status o avoid losing it every decision that you make in your life that anybody on this webinar makes in their life es based on status who you date what you what courses you buy.
Hala Taha: Status o status. Okay, so you wanna use this insight messaging and the tructure of your webinar you wanna make sure your your status social so so a couple ways that I've done this throughout the webinar es i talked to you Guys about how webinars help me generate millions in sales and improve lives webinars help me become a top Expert in my niche webinars help me shorten the sales cycle to go from [00:38:00] cold to soul everybody wants to make millionaires everybody wants to be known as a top Expert and then i flipped it back and now i wanna teach you how to do the same thing.
Hala Taha: Okay, so lets okay, so related to new opportunities why lever status do a that
Speaker 2: yeah es. Argue believe but promise everything we do we don life is because if you do something increase so we do things because we hope to increase or we don't do things que fear decrease status for example somebody sees a nice car wanna it will increase my status people me will that
Speaker 2: if I'm gonna buy weird things if i buy something from you I'm money [00:39:00] happens to me is my status is decreased I'm losing money but i have a hope that by giving you this money. Es que increase my status always like if i give you this decrease my status tempor but by i distingu increase
Speaker 2: status
Speaker 2: en i i was like i i don't look at same way do like i would never i would never friends the i was like stop so you a decrease decrease in status cuz your friends and people would pick up made. Oh yes all the making on
Speaker 2: selling something making an offer de somebody I'm always thinking about that giving money [00:40:00] over time
Speaker 2: money going to lose more Weight whatever that thing is and if they believe that the decrease more so status interesting one
Speaker 2: everything the people we the people we all these things to do
Speaker 2: eres.
Hala Taha: So i hope you Guys new about creating commitments and status and we're gonna move onto the second section of our webinar roadmap which is education so we just talked about the introduction we just talked about Psychology now we're about educating without o okay, so here's a powerful quote from Craig give you three things [00:41:00] ten things you forget okay your not to just like overwhelm your with information your goal is to teach and so you wanna establish credibility and trust by giving actionable insights rather than plus you wanna deliver genuine práctico content that participants can apply.
Hala Taha: Avoid overload attendes with information and instead focus on what will provide the greatest impact to them and you also wanna niche down your webinar topic so focus one main aspect of your solution and go deep so for example en the concept of webinars im really talking about primarily executing your live webinar I'm not talking about the tech setup I'm not really i am gonna talk about driving leads because i just wanna make sure you Guys know how to do that but if i was selling like a high ticket offer i probably wouldn't do that it would just be too much information on [00:42:00] the webinar so you wanna a niche down one main aspect and a of th is that you wanna give away just five percent of what you your we so for ejemplo i have a linkedin master a two day workshop and i have about ten mod a day for this workshop one module.
Hala Taha: The free webinar okay and speaking of that one module on the webinar when i have webinars because like i said people attend these webinars over and over again i typically ro three different topics so one webinar might be on engagement strategies one webinar might be on ding and d. Funnels the other one might be on the a and i kind of rotate those topics so i have three webinars that have very similar frameworks but the teaching Portion has a slightly different niche so that if people need to a join more than one webinar before they can they get like a slightly different experience and it's not [00:43:00] the same repetitive webinar for the content piece you wanna go deep at least forty minutes Jason flatline believes that people don't build trust of your we.
Hala Taha: So having like a thirty minute webinar is just really short i usually go an hour and a half to two hours on my webinars. Ah, Jason has to go up to hours i find like like over for me but he just stays on and Answers questions and just kind of handles any sort of objections and and proactively brings up objections in the qwi and just like keeps the Conversation going and he feels like the longer people stay on your webinar the more likely they're going to Convert.
Hala Taha: Okey, so lets talk about a case study biller is a new friend of mine and he is excellent at webinars. He wasn't that way so hes an up and coming ai efficiency coach and [00:44:00] he was invited last minute to conduct a virtual webinar for a celebr real est mastermind because the host so the host a celebr host.
Hala Taha: Hey i just saw you at a real estate event and you crushed it I'm sick as a dog I've got five thousand people who are gonna be on this call today could you tomorrow whenever it it was like Twenty four hours notice could you could you hop on this call so phil at the time was not Famous he was not well known.
Hala Taha: He was recently chose because. He spoke at a real estate event and he made a good impression. He had a strong sales background and so he ended up just studying and kind of doing like a crash course on webinar studying grades like Jason flatline similar strategies that we learned today and in a day. He put together a real estate webinar.
Hala Taha: He took his like sales presentation that he does for ai and he customized it for real estate and he went on this call [00:45:00] and he sold a course that he didn't even have yet. He just knew what he wanted to do for the course. He sold a course that didn't even exist yet.
Hala Taha: Thousand en webinar that es amazing all right like what did you what was your and he said,
Hala Taha: he said. He made the content to real so this wasn't just a general ai it was to them it made them easier to see the tangible it was a webinar also that was specifically for real estate so everything to his he over he gave more actionable content for free than most people Charge for this set of high standard making his attendees think if the free stuff is this good the paid content must be incredible.[00:46:00]
Hala Taha: He connected this free content to his paid content everything was very co at the end of it he didn't just sell generic ai ai real estate agents his free solution material people they natural natural them to take the next step so again these people had no idea who he was and in an hour so he was to take them from cold to thousand at 11 from his webinar.
Hala Taha: Okay, so this is an example of a testimonial that I'm giving you i am trying to show you Guys and handle objections and change your identity by giving you a testimonial en my content. Again a me presentation of webinar webinars right so there's different types of [00:47:00] testimonials that you can take people through and decide to put in your intro in your content throughout your webinar itself okey y wanna reinforce Transformation with testimonials if Bill can do it you can do it too.
Hala Taha: Okay, so there's many different types of testimonials theres character testimonials somebody who talks about how good you are as a person en what you do a celebrity of influence so this would be like if Russell on and like webinar webinar.
Hala Taha: Ah, big testimonial. So somebody who has an exc exceptional specific tangible outcome from doing similar strategies you today initial results teston somebody who has a result of seeing a webinar like the when you're doing got an immediate result even if it's a modest one. Inspir Transformation testimonial so who life who dramatically impacted as a result from you that [00:48:00] trans just the benefits related to the topic at okay, so these are all d.
Hala Taha: Types of testimonials you can use in your content so
Hala Taha: let me
Hala Taha: b a
Hala Taha: Transformation testimonial
Hala Taha: are smart everybody
Hala Taha: thank you y yeah.
Hala Taha: So let's talk about other tips to keep it lively in your webinar you wanna keep it fun Guys you don't want your webinar to feel like a boring lecture i feel like i do a really good job of like making it feel energetic and fun and that's why people like to come on the webinar even the same webinar that i have over and over again [00:49:00] it's like a fun event for people to come to so how do we keep it fun polls quizzes open uped questions you want people to get engaging in the chat it's a two way mid funnel activity because i can talk to you you can talk to me right share stories people love stories stories feel so fun this is why movies are so fun right people love to listen to stories it keeps things engaging it makes people remember things more so you wanna infuse your whole presentation with story.
Hala Taha: Okey you also wanna pay attention to the chat people wanna know is she reading is she live is she paying attention Guys i read almost every single comment I'm I'm pulling up the chat you Guys can't see that I'm pulling up the chat but I'm paying attention to what you Guys are saying and the feedback that I'm getting all right and then you wanna answer questions we haven't had a lot of questions yet you don't wanna interrupt the content when you're answering questions but at the end of every section you can kind of pause if you have somebody like i have Kate in the chat [00:50:00] that's helping me kind of like mine everything she's answering questions that are really Urgent right so you need a you got people on.
Hala Taha: Like these big questions asked and i can pause and answer the questions so be Interactive capture questions answer them all at 11 don its really distracting feel like and questions the distracting to e else so i would like take a break answer questions ok all right so how i made this webinar fund so far like i mentioned anybody who signs up to the pro gets the thirty day a free trial you get all these slides so I'm to faster we got a lot content and so there are universal emotions the aquí thing that i want you Guys to know about this slide es that when you creating a webinar what i you to do es 11 [00:51:00] all the content i want you to put it some filter and these are the filter i to put it.
Hala Taha: So fear es anything that you say in your webinar creating fear sometimes i have webinars and they're like a flop and then i think like why did it flop why didn't anybody buy and I'm like oh i like scared everybody i made it seem too hard it was too much work i overwhelm them with too much information they're like jesus this is what it takes I'm out you know and so you don't wanna Scare people off and that often is from putting too much information o just talking too much about the process that it's gonna take okey, so anything that's gonna Scare them we wanna take out anything that's gonna confusa you want to take out so anything that just seems like you might wanna go through it with other people like was there anything confusing about this how can it make us more clear so confusion a confused mind is never gonna buy from you scared mind is never gonna buy from you the other thing is safety so how can you [00:52:00] create safety throughout the presentation.
Hala Taha: Hey, if you do this Journey with me this is your safest option. And then again entusiasmo so we're gonna talk more about entusiasmo now ah and i want you to think about your tone your volume your pace and i recently talked to con who gave me really great advice on this someone just gonna play the video and you can hear it from him
Speaker 3: i had a change of i used to think you have c you always entire eventually
Speaker 3: so just
Speaker 3: so you go up and down up and yeah and
Hala Taha: speed is another one i think we need variety now i have my own pers on speed i am a fast talker i feel like people are just like awake when I'm talking and i can have like a eight session and e the entire time and i think [00:53:00] apart of it es talking fast. But i do feel like when public speaking folks come on they often say like slow it down you know yeah so tell me what do you think listen
Speaker 3: i have i have a million running in my head all of time so I'm just like you i wanna talk fast i was 11 invited to do seminar on public speaking anxiety and I've done this seminar a million times so i show up with my seventeen different things to do to overcome your public speaking anxiety i present in front of two hundred people and immediately people say wow, ya so you covered so much information that was absolutely amazing one of the Guys says yeah sir I'm about to go next after you that's exactly what i needed because i was so anxious in the moment i said amazing so i went out got some coffee sat back in the room he shows up on stage and i can see the note shaking in his hand in the moment so he slowly walks under the le he puts his no y start speaking going through slide and he and then eventually.
Speaker 3: He [00:54:00] pronounce properly. He just put click down walks off stage i can't understand why so afterwards i see in the parking. Hey what happened forget i couldn't i couldn't s when i what the point of fast energy points when he couldn't remember
Speaker 3: narr
Hala Taha: yeah with volume you also wanna vary your pace so what is talking slow do versus talking fast like what is it port when people are listen to you yeah
Speaker 3: talking fast. Okay, we're going some come along with me. I I'm good i want you to think about this for a second. [00:55:00] And every time you want to make a point this is one of the biggest challenges people have story the most important story because going so fast so if you really want people to listen slow down en you what happens when you slow down what happens when you if you look at of my talk you say I'm super high energy feel that moment
Hala Taha: so what did you from how me some of the things you so one of the things that i es that talking fast and talking slow helps you emphasize your points and everybody has i heard people talking in the chat that everybody kind of has their natural talking pace i talk really fast right I'm like really energetic i talk really fast.
Hala Taha: I have to tell myself like okay, let me slow down let me [00:56:00] repeat this point because i wanna make a point right whispering draws near variety it's not about slow variety that keeps people engaged and again when you're on a webinar your goal es to keep people on as long as possible and this will help you with everything right again being good at webinars will help you on your sales calls will help you in any sort of public speaking will help you even tell better stories at dinner right so there's just so many benefits to like getting better at this type of stuff all right lets move on
Speaker 3: i.
Hala Taha: Ok, so let's move on to the transition Park so remember when i had this little like road introduction content transition we're on the third step. Okay. So basically this is your transition to your offer you don't wanna go [00:57:00] like straight to the sale that seems like really inauthentic you like warm people up let them get ready for the sale.
Hala Taha: Okay, so one of the things that you can do is a Sixty second summary so Sixty minutes and Sixty seconds so you want a summary that reinforces the value given reminding your audience of the Unique insights they've gained and setting the stage for much easier it the with the full solution so you give a Sixty se second summary heres the content that i just over boom here's the summer.
Hala Taha: Okay, so en this instance I'd like. Okay, we talked about introductions and we talked about content you have a a big promise you wanna shift identities you wanna a right with status. You don't wanna overwhelm with content whatever i do a Sixty summary then you wanna do commitment invite invite the to
Hala Taha: [00:58:00] you make your you ready
Hala Taha: curios about your offer you're creating a Curiosity gap about what your offer is that's gonna be the solution that's gonna help them go further from what they today and then you wanna paint a picture of Transformation so you wanna imagine having all the tools and support you need to finally get the desire so you're basically gonna tell them imagine having all the tools and support you need to get that final result that's what my offer all so you wanna paint a picture Transformation so I'm gonna go over some commitment questions and you can literally use this in your next webinar.
Hala Taha: So you basically wanna get them to to start saying yes you wanna use the yes letter technique you're trying to shift their identity you're trying to get them to agree for you to actually go ahead and make the [00:59:00] sell you wanna a allow them to be in control people make decisions and say yes when they feel like they're in control so you're giving them the control here ok, so a broad commitment question did you enjoy together on this webinar far a specific commitment question would you like to spend time together than just on this webinar would you like to from me.
Hala Taha: Okay a big commitment question if i had something that would take what we discuss today and kick it up to the next level would you like to know about it so take these these people on this commitment question Journey so that you get permission to sell your offer. Okey. So now we're gonna talk about making the sale the clothes stacking your offer so what is stacking your offer so 11 you get people on this Journey they're ready to hear your offer you wanna make this offer so irresistible [01:00:00] that it's just so ridiculous for anybody to say no to you.
Hala Taha: Okay, so first of all you've done this whole webinar where you've just established report established credibility you've given testimonials you've transformed people's identities you've provided so much value that now everyone has the feeling of this re factor. Okay. The love play people never wanna feel like they owe somebody something they always wanna return the favor so everybody on your webinar is gonna have this imbalance because you've just provided so much or they feel like they to from you o they need to support you in some way.
Hala Taha: Okey so you wanna the offer make it seem as valuable as possible so you off by introducing your main product or service what is the that they're so with my linkin theyre getting a two day [01:01:00] workshop all the mods right we're not talking about price we're not doing we're just talking about here's the core thing that you're getting the main thing that you're buying then you're gonna break down each component these are all the this is day one this is day two these are all the sections we're gonna have workbook you're gonna be able to create voice guidelines you will.
Hala Taha: Ah, get all these sops related to this there's gonna be trainings within the video it's alive with me and then i go over all the bonuses you're gonna get a reporting spreadsheet you're gonna get a Canva training you're gonna get em. You know all these different bonuses that we have a checklist a copywriting checklist and and so on a Calculator an engagement Calculator and i show all these different bonuses dozens of bonuses all right the other thing that I'm doing es I'm reducing the risk Associated with the course saying things like this course es two thousand [01:02:00] but when we did a survey all of my students on average rate it thirteen thousand value another that I'm es I've never a 11 i of come and i have a full money back g.
Hala Taha: Ive never had a and i think that's a good track record right so i trying reduce the risk a by adding bonuses by giving people. Ah the security to know that people have ah become influencers from my so from my and have never for one the you can do es start creating a tal of how much these offers are worth so you could say okay, this copy check this is a dollar this can is a and you can a [01:03:00] value all these and it add up to a lot okay and then you give a price after you already about everything that you Offering you give significantly lower price so all this adds up to thirteen thousand but right now I'm giving you thirty percent off for the next Twenty four hours where you can get my por twelve ninety nine.
Hala Taha: Okay, so what are some stack in the tips. One thing that you can do es you can include elements that feel price so how can you even give something that is completely something you can't put a price ta go so for example i have bi Weekly office hours for anybody who has two right so it's an hour with me and everybody else and all your classmates mates where [01:04:00] we do office hours right so that's a price Offering is there a access personal coaching what can do that you can include in your that will feel price you wanna do is include special deals Limited time bonuses how can you have urgency how can you have scarcity we've got this thirty percent off code for just Twenty four hours I've kept the seat just fifty seat.
Hala Taha: Okay. You can also offer gift for purchase on the webinar you wanna do everything you can to close people on the webinar that means keeping people as long as possible that means adding gifts to those who purchase on the webinar 11 people leave your webinar they are likely less likely to Convert you can try to on email but basically people are ready to make their decision and if you haven't done a good enough job they're gonna leave that webinar and they might come back again for another chance [01:05:00] to sell them on a webinar but your how can i get as many conversions as possible on this webinar.
Hala Taha: Okay dicho and then pricing the sweet on webinars es anywhere from ninety seven to we you it just there steps in that okay.
Hala Taha: Like i love creating my webinars optimizing my webinars. Ah what kind of things work well to on a webinar and what doesn't like is there a certain price point it doesn't work can you give
Speaker 2: for sure i think
Speaker 2: we
Speaker 2: so for most i think we up to presentation [01:06:00] get somebody warm up without money in in the pricing
Speaker 2: we
Speaker 2: program we
Speaker 2: bande together six months.
Speaker 2: Ya i think we the webinar
Speaker 2: yeah
Hala Taha: so en summary if you have a higher ticket you can sell on a webinar the you get the higher ticket offer your offer can be in the webinar but you might need to spend additional time on a discovery call or so else like that to kind of get them to [01:07:00] ah do the actual clothes okay and i also really liked what you mentioned if you have a software product he does a whole webinar and the offer is you get a year of the product with a discount if you buy on the webinar which is just such a Brilliant idea so if you've got a business that's not a course this is what i was saying like this is relevant for everyone.
Hala Taha: Because you can sell one to many on your webinar and just think of a strategy of alright what is my offer for this webinar a year of agency services where you get two months free if you buy right so you can get creative no matter what kind of business you have
Hala Taha: right lets talk about stacking the offer with teach so with teach bowl you can your Teachable is an amazing [01:08:00] platform my master no longer gonna be live i putting all of my courses on teach and we make a big announcement next month where it's gonna be on demand en separate modules and it's gonna be all on teach go.
Hala Taha: So teach lets you create online courses so you can create them really quickly with no code en ai assistance you can build it custom to your brand they also offer away sell your digital downloads also creating lead gen pages so creating gated asset pages where you can get people emails in Exchange for these downloaded guides really Awesome and if you Guys take my courses you know that these lead important so teach let pages you can also add on up and so on you can do your coaching on so if you are a coach o a Consultant you can keep your coaching organized there's a scheduler you can track client [01:09:00] progress you can create curriculums for your coaching on Teachable.
Hala Taha: They also have membership so i have a mastermind for example and so we're gonna move everything onto Teachable eh we have exclusive member only content subscription they have everything so teachables Awesome if you wanna your offer they've got all the tools. Ah, so like they have this ai curriculum generator they have an ai quiz generator we're gonna do a short demo that's gonna show you all of this stuff and if you Guys can i would really appreciate we've got just as a reminder we have an entire last section of driving leads which is just as valuable as everything that i did before this demo so after this demo I'm doing the last section so this is not the end of the webinar and Teachable sponsor this webinar for us.
Hala Taha: So stay on get the value this was a really [01:10:00] amazing webinar and this is how we're gonna teach okay, so advanced monetization features they have subscri bundles up orders coupons cromo code so everything that you need to create more sales with the same customer Teachable enables you to do so you can create up so like 11 they finish a course they get a the next segment of your en check out they get so you can.
Hala Taha: Ah, try to solicit people to buy additional things at checkout and then you can do promo codes so you can do like you know enter code black Friday for fifty percent off you do all that kinda stuff so if you love the type things that i do when I'm selling my courses you can do all that on Teachable and the best es zero transaction fee on the pro.
Hala Taha: Okay. All right so a lot of you did this already if you didn't here's your last chance to sign up to teach [01:11:00] Teachable com slash welcome slash select pro sign up new account you arrive at the back end and if you Guys want the slides from today with all of my notes and are free tech for setting up webinar you can sign up to the no risk thirty day free plan you can.

Uh like i mentioned Guys if you Guys upgrade to the pro plan you get a month for free which is a and fifty nine value if you Guys do that you get a pdf copy of today's webinar we actually have extended notes so Andrea on my team who my right hand when it comes to my brand.
Hala Taha: Has literally went in and given all the extended like transcripts and and information in the notes so even what [01:12:00] i talked about today there's more value in the notes section. Ah to kind of go deeper on everything and you Guys get all that as a free gift
Hala Taha: thanks Andrea okay, so we're gonna do a quick demo and then we're right back into the content
Kate: so
Kate: have created first school so this is what the back end like see the navigation options on today we focus the bottom d types of product integr web. So for this we're gonna go to courses we can see a couple we've already for this feature es their integration with ai so I'm [01:13:00] gonna recreate this podcast one on one just to give you sense of how cool ai feature are so i already this title and descripción like for we can come back and this so you can generate with a
Kate: based on la descripción in teach so i descripción it use this descripción to create the outline you can also from scratch upload up to preference this we use ai click finish. We watch the magic happen it's going to be actively generating content for based off of the des so you can see working these mod so we can see they d.
Kate: Topics ing[01:14:00]
Kate: podcast all the things you a it this space off so just for ejemplo it'll say that your content ready just make sure that wow this is a really cool feature this should just be a like you wanna make make sure when you go in here that you go in and add your own expertise your own per to make sure that you providing the right amount of value for your audience.
Kate: Cool es this you can actually use content so just feature time a with your students now to the last thing i want to feature here es the feature so generated next steps [01:15:00] feature a click so i want so that if someone finishes my one on one want to learn more there i for to do so i can add the headline des.
Kate: Des show how
Kate: super cool
Kate: so super cool offer in of able coaching o product to so for example someone just everything you have out there en don everything de que bye [01:16:00] podcast one and tu one it d. D. Product to best may want a from so another interesting product to integrate with your offerings make sure that you serving your possible.
Kate: If you haven't already sure you go we have a trial if you go to the link in the chat or com welcome you get day offer it a pro you can cancel with any time you get free if you do you be to get extended version of today slides the notes just by over the slide
Hala Taha: Awesome [01:17:00] that de
Hala Taha: my i how to work presentation. Ok, so. I am really excited to get back into the contents and just one last reminder if you Guys sign up for the bonus i want you Guys to get the free gift so take a screenshot send it to academy media com will put that in the chat you get the free extended version with today's webinar you get the free tech and there's no string and now we're talk about driving leads to your webinar all right so when you thinking about how to track your webinar success you actually wanna track some Metrics okay, so that you can get better and better and better so what are the things that we're tracking at y media we're tracking total [01:18:00] registrants we're tracking webinar attendes we're tracking Attendance rate webinar length webinar conversions post webinar conversions so we actually have.
Hala Taha: Spreadsheet the track every single webinar we did and the results we got so how many people registered meaning how many emails we got how many people actually tended what's the Attendance rate typically it it its thirty to fifty percent the more that we can get people to actually the webinars the better and so you wanna look like okay like only ten percent of the people attended my webinar for example when i did that paid ad strategy we had both low people sign up and even lower people attended fifty percent of my audience on social media would attend the webinars but ten percent from paid traffic attended the webinars cuz they didn't remember forgot who i was they like who what what did i sign up for [01:19:00] so you wanna remind people for your webinars and you wanna keep driving up that that important okey now if a lot of people signed up and a lot of people didn't.
Hala Taha: You have an opportunity to do another webinar so for example i had a decent Attendance rate today wasn't the best Attendance rate so now i have to go back to my team like we a signup we might need to do another webinar again more people on this webinar i spent a lot of time on it and people already registered show their interest maybe we should do it at night maybe we should try something different and get people to actually come to this webinar okay cuz again people are more likely to buy when they're warmed up on your webinar so ah you might wanna have a second webinar if you had a lot of signups but people didn't show up okay, you wanna also look at your we error if i did two hours what was the conversion if i did three hours what was the conversion if i shortened it up if i shortened up the [01:20:00] education piece if i increase the education piece you wanna keep iterating and find like what is your best formula for you en your audience and what you.
Hala Taha: Okey. Webinar from five to ten percent es a good webinar conversion so based on your attendes if you're getting five to ten percent conversions anything higher than that is amazing anything lower than that you're gonna have to to work on it okay and i teach this in another webinar we don't have time to talk about it today but i teach something called bottoms up forecasting all right what is bottoms up forecasting mean because everything is so standard en terms of like typically you getting a percent Attendance rate percent Attendance you're getting a five to percent conversion rate on your webinar if they're decent you can try to figure out like okay what are the ways that I'm driving people to this webinar so for example i drive everybody from social post and dia and i [01:21:00] can and i know click of my dia and so i can basically work backwards and see.
Hala Taha: Okay, if i sent a thousand dia. Five hundred people to sign up two fifty show up five percent of them Convert i make x amount of money so if i take a bottoms up approach i can say all right i wanna double the amount of money we need to send two thousand d and then i get the results that i want okay, so you can kind of work backwards on the way that you.
Hala Taha: Ah solicit your webinars and then just do more of the actions that actually bring in the most leads and so you wanna evaluate everything that you're in your funnel okay, so ah. Webinar funnels a tiktok star.
Hala Taha: She's a tiktok influencer who monetizes her Excel tip videos with webinar funnels that lead to a course when [01:22:00] first started on tiktok she had no idea how to monet her and her videos be shown to new user on a Daily basis they were not long enough to build substantial trust by age Twenty
Hala Taha: i ti wear webinars she teaches on a specific topic for forty five minutes and she Gives her audience a taste of her excellent teaching capabilities she then provides her audience with an irresistible a massive discount a gift. So
Hala Taha: we some of the most in strategies that ever heard we present [01:23:00] and again she's new to the game and a we so so like we talked about this is an entrepreneurship podcast a lot of people have their owns and you've done a phenomenal job promoting creating courses your so lets walk through some of your strategy there can you talk just about how you promote your today what are the things that you to drive people to your ya so
Speaker 5: webinar.
Speaker 5: So i host typical every month live sessions where i minutes teaching a full like data cleaning look up i have a little and then i go and i teach i want them what i can do how i can actually concept down and on the side that people what all these things and then we give them an [01:24:00] incredible deal to keep with us and a massive discount and really from there we do the webinar we have a down on the webinar.
Speaker 5: So we came up program we do fifty split mi if someone brings in aita we have morning
Speaker 5: event and we have people we where if you and they make a de revenue so that's something where we making ten month seven thousand a month with us en.
Hala Taha: Ya i love that strategy of affiliate that's one that I've never heard of before specifically driving people to your webinar yeah and then if it converts they get a Portion of the sale so i kind [01:25:00] wanna like distill some of the things that you had mentioned uh webinars are really important to me i use it to sell my linkedin courses I'm actually putting out a webinar about using webinars to launch info products or sell info products Sponsored by Teachable in about a month and so I'd love to get some of your Perspective.
Hala Taha: This topic specifically so first of all you mentioned that you target after the webinar after the webinar over afters so a lot of people don't realize that when people are up to zoom webinar you get to Collect email so my one of my favorite things about webinars and zoom webinars is the fact people have to give you their email and it really helps your email and then you can retar people on email afterwards talk to us about your retar strategy after the webinars over what happened.
Speaker 5: Ya so our process on the end we getting the name the email and sometimes we have number [01:26:00] so we also have a tax campaign thats out to we use dos on the show Upside so on the front end you're getting a five email you have extra tickets people and then we also the we you get a
Speaker 5: we also i with a event to be able to give them little link Google from there after the webinar 11 we hang up we have all the email sequences going out so we have you know. People live so we have going we people purchases and then we also have tradit which we do six email and it goes through
Speaker 5: and email d.
Speaker 5: [01:27:00] We
Hala Taha: so what did say here she talked about program she gets people she gets people fifty percent of the revenue if they can bring a lead to a webinar when you're selling a course's just like all profit right you're really creating a price out of the sky what you. The value it all profit so if you do you know if you decide that like okay, one lead is worth you could just pay that phil whatever you decide that lead is worth.
Hala Taha: Ah like i mentioned i did paid up strategy and it was like one lead was like couple thousand dollars to get cuz it like failed you know so then you realize okay, if i can get people to bring people by word of mouth that's a lot cheaper than trying to like test strategy en and it's just a good way to go about right so en an influencer [01:28:00] program you basically have people spreading your word of mouth they have incentive bigger you make that incentive the like they actually gonna do the work to try to bring people to the webinar especially if they were your former student and they know that it's something valuable they're not gonna feel like a sy sales person que they know that they're gonna help people if they actually join an.
Hala Taha: Okey so she actually made me rethink i i have an affiliate program with my course where i gave people two hundred fifty dollars that's just like some i felt like that was a good amount but then she Gives fifty percent and I'm like wow i wonder. If i had done that strategy like how many more signups i would've gotten if i was just you know more generous with the Commission for my program.
Hala Taha: Ok, she does a five email show up sequence. Ah, she does a fun incentive like bring a friend she solicit a free gift throughout her sequence so people know if they join a webinar live they get a free gift if they buy live they get a free [01:29:00] gift and then here's the that that zoom does that i found out from cat i didn't know es that when people sign up for your webinar they can put their email and their phone number okey and then you can actually send SMS text reminders and SMS text es now available on most email platform.
Hala Taha: You can send email reminders and you can send s reminders just right on mail. Okay, so really great strategy again you wanna drive big webinar so with purchase live on webinar this is so today i think it worked really well. Ah, i feel like probably incentivized for those of you who been to my webinars before did getting the slides with all the notes incentivize you Guys to like sign up to the demo sign up to Lyn let me know in the chat and then you wanna re target people after the webinar so so much of the magic [01:30:00] actually happens post webinar all right so you get people's emails they're warm up to you and then you wanna keep providing value so you might send a replay your webinar and get people to watch on demand so far les people are gonna watch on demand.
Hala Taha: Then your actual live webinar one of the strategies that we do is like a last minute like hey, I'm gonna hop on at seven o'clock and anybody who missed it if you wanna join this webinar we usually get literally the same amount of attendes who are like. Oh man i missed it i can't believe i missed it and then they're more likely to show up the next time so i got a thousand signups for this webinar.
Hala Taha: Ah, i didn't have as good as an Attendance rate as i thought i had like three hundred fifty people i was expecting five hundred people I'll get the final results que people are in and so i never really know so like it might have been closer to five hundred but i don't know yet so basically i will try to get the other five hundred to now show up to another webinar I'm just gonna do a.
Hala Taha: Last minute another i already decided [01:31:00] based on how many people show up do another webinar for anybody who didn't show up and i bet you a lot of people will show up again and even be more likely to Convert because. I wanna fast i like we talked about i gonna wanna come on this webinar again right so ah you wanna get people to come up to this webinar out your sequence you're giving special discounts you might do a customer testimonial so maybe I'll turn the case study and to an email maybe I'll take the stringer case study turn it into an email get people to realize like these people were where they are this is relatable you can do it too right address common objections throughout your messaging talk about your big promise throughout your messaging talk about your hero story so basically you're taking what's in your webinar that's not the educational content and you're creating a Curiosity gap in your email.
Hala Taha: Okay, so what is a Curiosity gap this is something that you use in videos and [01:32:00] social in your webinar a Curiosity gap es basically giving people just enough information to make them curious.
Hala Taha: Just teasing them and so you're just opening up Curiosity throughout your email throughout your webinar so that you get people to take action stay on the webinar to learn more register for the webinar to learn more click to learn more right so you open up these Curiosity loops Curiosity gaps to get people curious and willing to stay on ok so we talked about this is entrepreneurship video ok, so marketing with Teachable so marketing so teach has all these amazing things to stack your they also all these amazing things to market your so with Teachable you can create a custom branded site so you can use all of your branding they've got ah, you can just create it en no minutes there's no coding required so you can create a site you can create those [01:33:00] lead magnet pages that i always talk about so if you Guys have no idea how to create a lead magnet page.
Hala Taha: Standing up to teach just for that in itself will pay for itself and get you emails and things like that so you build an audience by Offering free content so reading digital downloads checklists quies Teachable has an ai generator and then you can create a lead magnet page with no code and drive people from social media and email and things like that to your lead magnet page to get your free download and then you can upsell them to your course and whatever lets you do that whole flow okay, affiliate programs Teachable helps you screen and onboard commissions handle Commission tax reporting so your whole program whether you coach you.
Hala Taha: Okey. A so basically if somebody is about to make a purchase you'll get a notification if people made it to the car face and then you can target them with specific [01:34:00] emails with language about like you know objection handling and things like that try to get them to make a purchase and then they also have integrations with mail with i saw somebody had a question about click funnels you can go in and check all their integrations and see what they integrate with ah, but for sure you could do like Excel downloads upload and things like that
Hala Taha: okay, so quick llamó about the marketing piece for teacher.
Kate: This video some of the extra features that make experience so first off i just wanna touch on ability custom site so not only can you custom logo brand you have you can a several d. Bonds that you can choose from as [01:35:00] well not just they you select the the d aspects of you can we
Kate: feel experience when you go to the next thing i want to quickly the the running you.
Kate: So under the user go to a fifteen up in here you can see
Kate: can add in you have you have if you would like to them as your goes on in time so again really cool all these aspects under [01:36:00] umbrella comprehensive the next thing i wanna talk about in of integrations and having everything under umbrella es teach so go to the and you can see how many s and apps actually has an integration with so you can work with zoom and install zoom and work with them with you can have integrations with Google analytics with mail.
Kate: With Tik tac za all of these different softwares especially your email to make sure that everything that happen and all the data Collect management es sin integr your esp data platform you using the final little extra feature that we interesting es under the digital download of product you can have [01:37:00] low ticket or free here iBook work
Kate: so can we have ar you can do is on the top digital download en download or just deliver content link steps you have free or low ticket.
Kate: Get and you coaching as you so just as a reminder we love feature if you interested en thirty we love to the link
Hala Taha: Awesome okay, if you could just the link e sign up has one last [01:38:00] thing and I'm gonna on im gonna on for this.
Hala Taha: Oh, ok, hold on an to just. Ah. Just some content up so when it comes to the pre webinar like we mentioned anybody who signs up for the pro plan takes the screenshot y get the download. Email campaign so this is everything that cat does to get people to show up all right. Ah, we also are giving you playbook for post webinar so essentially ah, what we do at y for our to get people to Convert to the courses after the webinar right cuz its.
Hala Taha: Ah, tengo que we get i would say que we basically get the same amount of signups in the webinar post webinar with our stuff i don know if our stuff es different than most people [01:39:00] but we'll get the same amount of people signing up after the webinar but it takes more time it's like we get one
Hala Taha: live we have a live. Ok, so you have all of our webinar series media. Okay. We also this is linked in the presentation a tech setup so so Kate do you wanna just tell them whats in the setup so
Kate: yes you will get access to everything that we do from before the webinar to after the webinar to make sure that the sign en registration process es all your email with Google to maximize the of show up for attend and just making sure to host webinar of events as simple easy for to[01:40:00]
Hala Taha: ah, so this is the. And like we mentioned if you just sign up to the pro plann take a screenshot of your confirmation and email send it to academy y media in the chat you'll get the bonuses so our team after this webinar is going be responding back to the emails and sending everybody the PDFs there's extended notes in this you get all the slides.
Hala Taha: Ah, we're gonna put out the Recording in a few days so if you wanna watch it again you get to do that okay and I'll stay on now and do some q and a. So i have about seven ish minutes I'll stay on an extra five you know ten fifteen minutes of q and a if you Guys have a question raise your hand and ah, Kate, has a hard stop at fifteen so stop if you have questions raise your hand I'm happy to[01:41:00]
Hala Taha: don't be sh.
Hala Taha: How did you Guys like this webinar if you don't have questions okay, there we go all right so let's start with sean
Hala Taha: all right sean hello
Speaker 6: hello hello how are you um, 11 again another great webinar I've so as i join link my question es and i hope this makes sense and I'm gonna try to be es so i already have um a product take that i you know i before this webinar had been prepping for the rollout and i wanted you know some of what I've been trying to do is some things i learned [01:42:00] from you and i picked up from my own experience.
Speaker 6: You i i definitely don't know much know as much as you you do about branding but one thing i do know is you always wanna make your brand and experience much bigger than it might be at the at the current time so my question so let me get to the question so my question is now i seen this webinar I'm starting to think kind of rethink of what my original strategy was my original strategy was to out this demo presentation you know um not a webinar like a fifteen Twenty minute demo presentation which like a Google form sign that would they they witness demo presentation if you're in in doing business of you know buying momentum that's the name of my product
Speaker 6: so my question is do you think i should proceed with that strategy or with having a webinar [01:43:00] momentum.
Speaker 6: De presentation o can i still do the way i plan to and then have a webinar behind
Hala Taha: yeah what kind of a what is the price of your product and is it like a software like what does your product do is it agency services like what your
Speaker 6: so the price.
Speaker 6: Ah, um improving communications productivity performance retention and then profit margin or funding if it's a nonprofit um and then also when it comes to technology what it does is because a lot of organizations already have mental apps and s. By the data by [01:44:00] the numbers and by my research about half of employees still saying that they're still suffering from mental health problems and trauma and a lot of their you know um bosses so to speak think that their the environment or the culture the organization is a lot more.
Speaker 6: Um welcoming por a lot more mental health proof however you wanna put it whatever the word so so another thing that momentum does that my framework does instead of just this like you know um one size fits all you know either app or. Uh, a software platform you know it also. Hey this is what the appropriate software or platform would be for your par organization because what Works for one organization is probably not gonna work you know every organization is.
Speaker 6: And i hope i answered your question
Hala Taha: you did you did it's really helpful [01:45:00] so like i have a couple ideas and i feel like you need to do a like you're gonna have to have multiple sales strategies so i feel like on your website and anybody who's like sort of ready to buy or has done their own research i would definitely include un option to kind of get different demos based on their use case so that they can do self service right so your original idea i think for anybody who already up talking about it on social they don't need a webinar right you always wanna have an option for people to go down your right right you can get have a pro activist approach because there seems like there's a lot of information and it's not that high ticket or even employees could attend your webinar and kind of Advocate to roll it out to their companies and things like that but i do think there's education that needs to be done like why do people need this.
Hala Taha: Do companies need this Offering right and so creating a webinar allows you to build the case of [01:46:00] why people need this and why they should care and tease out your framework and create curios gap without giving away the framework right i do think a webinar be you what you're gonna have to experiment with is like who would attend this webinar who are my target titles who vas for me how am i gonna find these people how i gonna pull them into this webinar and get them all there en one place and if it's not very broad right so if it's not so broad it might be difficult to get people in one place at one time for a webinar you're gonna have to experiment with that and if you find that it's too difficult to do one many because it's not enough leads to get everybody en one place where it makes sense then you wanna do webinar framework but do a discovery call where you are basically taking leads.
Hala Taha: Them through the webinar that you would be doing on to many with less education it can't be it has to be a thirty minute version [01:47:00] of that on a discovery call right and so you need to just figure out can i actually get and what is it worth like you know if you get Twenty people to attend a webinar is that good you might not need you know people on the webinar it might be ten good leads and that be even better experience pero i experiment with it.
Hala Taha: Ah. Expecting people to just without being warm at be a so that
Speaker 6: oh, let me no let you I'm so
Hala Taha: no, no. That's I'm. I i think I'm I'm g that was the advice that i had for you.
Speaker 6: Uh, Justin cause i don't wanna the mic i don't i just as a follow up to that i just want to give give you a little insight to my thinking the the original reason why i thought.
Speaker 6: That was good enough it because it's such a big emphasis on you know it's not like I'm I'm Offering something niche but within a [01:48:00] a market that like is it's already you know what i mean it's already widespread and well known that's it but i definitely appreciate all your rights thanking yeah
Hala Taha: percent good luck with it i hope that you do an amazing job with it.
Hala Taha: Ah, will our last question from
Speaker 7: hey, can you me yes. Okay, okay. So first of all i need you first of all this so so my question for you es i am going be launching a offer to help. Who are living with bipolar and that's because i was diagnosed ten ago and my story is very much with the struggles of that what we can do to step out of that darkness to our so my [01:49:00] question for you es I'm in the process right now of finalizing the outline for my course what i wanna this i want to know if it would be the best first step to start off before launching that offer i think it would make more sense to go with the webinar first like you said you broke down i took so many notes my notebook is like dead because it's so many notes so good but i wrote down that i think i wanna focus on.
Speaker 7: One or two of the things I'm gonna focus on the course so i just gave a webinar yesterday speak by this about self so i talked about dismantling the roots keep self flourish so do you think that i already have it literally done its recorded it literally got record yesterday i did it yesterday so I'm thinking should i just use that and record that and release that before my what do you [01:50:00] think would be the best approach for that
Hala Taha: yeah i would is your plan to have like on demand course on teach or so
Speaker 7: yes yes i think that so i am not sure but i think that would be the best it sounds like the best way to do it to me.
Hala Taha: Mm-hmm. So i would create the. First before you your webinar just because yo want people to buy on the webinar ok and i would take the content that you already made your webinar use promotional material to invite people to your webinar okay and then you can use that content for your webinar so that way you have your offer en place so that people can buy right on the webinar if you were doing like a live workshop in two months people can buy for that buy that now and then for the live.
Hala Taha: Ok, you wouldn't [01:51:00] know ah, you wouldn't necessarily need to have your course first but if you want people to buy you need to have an offer okey, o sea, that means you should work on your and then some of the content that you use for your presentation you can use in your social post to try to like get momentum get people register you can get people your offer now.
Hala Taha: Ing this webinar that's something you can start right away you don't need anything prepared you can work on it on the Journey your offer now is getting people to sign up to the webinar okay and then in the meanwhile you're build your course so that the course ready by the time the webinar is live so that people can buy the course on the webinar.
Speaker 7: Okay, i think my issue i might run into with that is the that's done but i think i think i have a tendency to over complicate things i really make things way more complicated than they need to be so should i just. So I'm gonna do that webinar that's already done that step that's perfect but I'm gonna finish i think my issue is i just need to [01:52:00] literally lock myself in a room and not talk to anyone and finish this off social media i think from your Perspective do you think that makes sense to have people webinar where it is about self and then it doesn't really make i feel like it doesn't really make sense to go into the offer of okay, i want to work with you if you are a mom and you have a daughter who's living with bipolar.
Speaker 7: Ah, i will help give you the education so you understand what is bipolar disorder how can i support myself and then be able to to support that doesn't fracture the relationship do you think that makes sense o should i your
Hala Taha: education needs to connect directly to the offer.
Speaker 4: Okay,
Speaker 7: okay,
Hala Taha: you actually wanna about like how does what you might wanna reframe it to be like.
Hala Taha: A bipolar for mom's webinar because otherwise it's not gonna connect yeah so really wanna connect [01:53:00] and then the other thing i would say is that you might wanna broaden it out a little bit like it's really specific you gotta be a mom you gotta have a daughter you gotta bipolar like can you broaden it out a little bit so you can get leads cause that's really really specific and it's gonna be like ack right yeah
Speaker 7: so i agree with that the reason i the reason i did it so specific es because i used to do coaching and i hated coaching and it was very it was just for anyone with bipolar and i did it i i was really good at it but i hated coaching so i said I'm not doing this anymore I'm gonna be able and i wanted to work with them more i the reason i picked that is because of my mom it's because my issues with my mom that has been the most damaging being in my entire life probably still es so i wanted to help.
Speaker 7: People with that because i know the knowledge on it so maybe i should i I'll listen to you you tell you tell me what to do I'll listen to you
Hala Taha: well if you want if you feel passionate about women it's just women [01:54:00] with bipolar not necessarily moms maybe it's neurodiversity in mom with moms and it's not just bipolar you could talk about anxiety you could talk about ADHD like.
Hala Taha: Okay, it's like how can you bring in more leads. Um, or you gotta get really good at finding moms with bipolar disorder like where do they hang out what do they sign up to how can you find them but the more that you like niching is good especially in the beginning of your Journey niching is the best way to get started.
Hala Taha: Mm-hmm. Go to niche you're just closing out the opportunity. Okay, i would just think about how can you like just broaden it out a bit. So that there's just more people who would be interested in what you're selling so
Speaker 7: i think i already have that because i have i
Speaker 7: i have a massive audience everyone around people who live the field [01:55:00] and what i wanna do is it's not moms with bipolar it mom who have a daughter who has a diagnosis so I'm cause I'm the daughter i am the daughter with the diagnosis and my mom had no education was not there for me at all still is not so i wanna help people through that of how how do you yourself regardless of that you cultiv within yourself.
Speaker 7: And you can to me Guys my my linkedin. Oh, sorry my linkedin I've been putting in the in the chat so that's all my stuff on there but this has Ben i mean what do you think do you think cause i don't wanna i don't wanna do what you said where you said to do ADHD and all that because i know bipolar i live with bipolar i feel like i can only speak to what I've experienced in this lifetime so i i don't feel like i authority voice on that i understand it very intimately because i have a lot of people i know but i think what i know super super super well is how to not you become [01:56:00] you and and I've had a lot of that i think i don't know i think i think you i have an
Hala Taha: idea maybe it's just maybe it's bipolar the core but maybe it's anybody who has anybody they love in their life with bipolar daughter maybe it can be sons your husband just.
Hala Taha: Who understand how they has how in the
Speaker 7: i love that no that that that down i feel youre saying that's not too niche cause i think moms with a daughter with bipolar like that that's but i you saying if if the person has bipolar this anyone who loves somebody who has la diagnosis o they can get the education understand take care the that es that kinda you're saying totally
Hala Taha: what I'm saying so i feel that's broaden up and your her story the example of [01:57:00] okay,
Speaker 7: okay, i think well we not i think the hero story might just be we not.
Speaker 7: Ah that's still not she's still not there so i think i think I'll use I'll think what I'll do is I'll use myself is to hear a story to show how i have forgiven her and an extended forgiveness and Grace to her that she did not have the tools that she needed to raise me in the way that i deserved to be raised so i think that makes sense but i don't wanna be cause I'm very aggressive i feel like i come across as very very aggressive um and i think I'm working on not being so i mean i don't know i don't know but i think that makes sense so i appreciate you you are absolutely incredible you're a a you're a fucking shark like you are amazing I'm so glad you messaged me on linkedin because if you had not messaged me on linkedin i would not be on this webinar right now and i would not be having as much clarity as i do right now so you are just amazing I'm so grateful for you and all that you do and i will go ahead and pass it on over for someone else cause i [01:58:00] don't wanna hog up the entire.
